Hi, I am Peter

My goal is to capture emotions and create authentic, tension-filled and moving images. A photograph often reveals more than the human eye can see and creates unforgettable memories.

I mainly photograph subjects I feel a personal connection to. Take a look at my visual style — if you like it, let’s talk.

Behind the lens

For more than 30 years, I have stood behind the camera with passion. I learned my craft in the analogue era — through experimentation and formal photographic training.

After leaving my “normal life” as a university professor and management consultant, I can now fully pursue my passion for photography.

Because I do not have to make my living from photography, I give myself the freedom to choose projects that bring me joy. That is an advantage for you: I can take the time needed to create outstanding images. If you have ideas of your own, however wild — bring them on.

Where you want

We decide the location together — what matters is that the setting fits you and your brief.

I prefer photographing outdoors and in natural settings — and when it works better for the shots, gladly at your home too.

Cats, dogs and horses — with or without their people.

Furry friends have been with me all my life — to me they are part of the family, and they are often excellent models. Together with their people, powerful emotional images emerge.

Action

Whether hobby athlete or pro — show your passion and create lasting memories.

Anything to do with sport and movement excites me. Cars in particular — my past as an active racing driver is probably one of the reasons.

Team-building photo workshops — business portraits — people@work.

Corporate photography is a natural fit after many years working with groups and caring deeply about how people collaborate in organisations — mainly business portraits and team-building workshops on “better photography”.

Over coffee we discuss what you have in mind, which moments matter to you, and how I can best capture them in images. Afterwards you receive a personalised offer, matched to your wishes and the scope of the project.
